Emily Alexis Pitts was the daughter of Portia Lucille Stompel and Ashley Issac Pitts. Her maternal grandparents were Samuel Cole Stompel and Brenna Emily Holland.

She was the niece of her mother's sisters and their husbands, Jada Eve Stompel and Kevin Leonard Patch, along with Nora Belle Elisabeth Stompel and Nicholas Finn Barthelet.
She had two sets of first cousins. Silas Wyatt Patch, Sabrina Morgan Patch, Simon Turner Patch, and twins Samantha Lainey Patch and Savannah Lacey Patch, through her Aunt Jada and Uncle Kevin Patch. Blah Blahda Barthelet, through her Aunt Nora Belle and Uncle Nicholas Barthelet.
